 Ladies Boutique, 4-A Mathews Court Main Store, 3-B Mathews Court Hilton Head Island 843.689.5455 Known by astute bargain shoppers as "the Neiman-Marcus of thrift stores," Hospice Community Thrift was started in 2004 as another source of funding for Hospice Care of the Lowcountry. Staffed by volunteers and guided by its own Board of Directors, the Thrift grew significantly and became solvent in its first year. A donated delivery truck was a welcome addition in late 2005. Pick-ups of donated items and deliveries of larger purchased items are made several days a week upon request. The Thrift presently has two spaces, one for a ladies’ boutique and another for men’s and children’s clothing, furniture, books, housewares, and accessories. The quality and prices are exceptional! Whether you are looking for goods to buy or wish to donate gently used items for someone else to buy, the Thrift invites your participation. Volunteers are always needed and welcomed with open arms. Hospice Community Thrift is located in Mathews Court, off Mathews Drive on the north end of Hilton Head. Hours are 11 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 1-4:30 p.m. Thursday, and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
